No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. InnVPN processes usernames, authentication data used to verify passwords and account status to provide login access, subscriptions and permission checks. Providing an email address is not a condition of registration. If a user voluntarily provides one in a support request, it is used only to handle that request.
Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference information and refund outcome. They are used to verify payments, activate services and resolve billing disputes. Cumulative usage and reset status needed for traffic billing are account settlement data and do not include a list of websites visited. Support ticket contents and screenshots provided by users help diagnose issues. Please conceal passwords, login credentials and subscription links before submitting them.
No-Logs Policy
InnVPN does not record which websites users visit, store browsing history or browsing content, or keep a list of destination addresses linked to an account. It does not create connection logs that can be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Cumulative account usage is not used to reconstruct specific browsing activity.
Temporary session state needed to establish connections and forward data is processed only while the service is running and is not retained as connection logs after a session ends. Aggregated usage retained for billing and aggregated operational information used to maintain the service do not include records of specific websites visited. Support troubleshooting relies on error messages and relevant environment details users choose to provide; browsing history is not requested.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Site analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, entry-point clicks and common access errors so we can improve content and workflows. Analytics cover use of the website and user panel, not browsing activity through a subscription connection. Analytics are not intended to combine data into an individual's browsing history.
Cookies and local storage support essential sessions, save login credentials and language preferences, and provide browser state needed for site analytics. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings. Doing so may require signing in again, and saved preferences may return to their defaults. When using a public device, sign out of the account and clear related storage; simply closing the page does not sign you out.
Payments and Necessary Disclosures
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their own policies govern their data processing. InnVPN receives the payment result and transaction reference information needed to confirm an order. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
Necessary order information may be shared with relevant processors to complete a payment, handle a refund or meet applicable legal obligations. Data use and disclosure are limited to these purposes; user personal information is not sold. Public network records associated with USDT transactions are not controlled by this website's deletion operations.
Data Retention and Deletion
Account data is retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for settlement, dispute handling and applicable law. Support tickets and site analytics are kept only for as long as needed to handle requests, troubleshoot issues and complete analysis. When a purpose has been fulfilled and no further retention basis applies, the relevant data is deleted or de-identified. Data is not kept long-term without a relevant purpose.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account data, specifying the scope of the request. InnVPN will verify account ownership and explain which information can be handled and what must be retained. Deleting an account may prevent subscription management and continued use of services. Financial records that must be retained by law are not deleted immediately with the account; data held by third parties must be requested from the relevant processor.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Important changes to data processing purposes, scope or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be handled as applicable.
