Submit tickets from your account · Follow up in the same ticket

Contact Support

For connection issues, subscription updates, orders, or refunds, submit a ticket through your account. Describe what happened; all follow-up details and replies will stay in the same ticket.

Ticket Support

Use a ticket for issues that require checking your account, plan, order, or connection. Sign in to your account and describe the issue. If you already have a related ticket, reply there so support can pick up where things left off.

Before You Submit a Ticket

Use a clear subject, such as “Subscription renewal failed” or “Order status needs checking.” In the message, explain what you were trying to do, what happened, and what you’ve already tried.

  • Connection and subscription issues: Include your operating system, client name, selected region and route, connection mode, when the issue occurred, and the exact error message. Say whether all websites are affected or just a specific app.
  • Orders and refunds: Include the relevant order number, payment method, and status shown in your account. InnVPN offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. Submit refund requests from your account; see the Terms of Service for details.
  • Screenshots and logs: Include the error and relevant context, but redact passwords, payment credentials, full subscription links, and other sensitive information. Never include your login password in a ticket.

Replies and Follow-Up

Support needs time to review each ticket; no fixed response time is promised. Actual response times depend on the queue, the complexity of the issue, and whether further checks are needed.

Check for updates in the original ticket in your account. To add screenshots, error messages, or steps to reproduce the issue, reply to that ticket. Submitting the same issue more than once can make it harder to keep the details together.

While you wait, check the getting started guide or troubleshooting guide. If the site still loads but your client won’t connect, save the error message and follow the troubleshooting steps one by one. Changing several settings at once can make it harder to identify the cause.
